Founded in 2024 , justbabka started off all because I needed a dessert to bring to Grandma’s for Rosh Hashanah. I chose to bake babka, something I’d never baked before and honestly didn’t even love. I guess they liked it because every week after that, they requested a babka for shabbat. 

I’ve been the baker of the house since I was little, and that passion has only grown. Just Babka is my way of sharing that love.

I wanted to focus on just babka-get it? keeping its classic tradition but adding my own touch with unique and fun flavors.
